Product Features of Epoxy Resin Dry-Type Transformers

Epoxy-resin dry-type transformers are our company’s flagship product. They are dustproof, moisture-proof, and maintenance-free, and are widely used in high-rise buildings, commercial centers, theaters, hospitals, industrial and mining enterprises, offshore oil drilling platforms, ships, subways, railway stations, airports, power plants, residential communities, and other high-rise structures. 1. High-Voltage Windings: The high-voltage windings adopt a segmented cylindrical design and are cast under vacuum with high-quality epoxy resin; after curing, they form a robust, monolithic structure. This results in low partial discharge levels and high electrical strength. Both the inner and outer surfaces of the windings are reinforced with glass-fiber mesh fabric to enhance mechanical strength, thereby improving the product’s ability to withstand sudden short-circuit conditions and preventing winding cracking. 2.
